Terms and conditions

This promotional sales incentive (the “incentive”) is organised by Enhancement Technologies Corporation Plc whose registered address is James House, Warwick Road, Birmingham, B11 2LE (the "Promoter"). |

The Promotional sales incentive will be for the period of 1st November 2010 till the 21st January 2011. |

All participants must be registered by the 21st January 2011 to be eligible for the sales incentive and its prizes. |
|
4. |
The Promotional sales incentive is open to all resellers excluding HP Gold Partners (“Participants”). The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. |

An authorised employee (either a director or their nominated representative) from each Participant must pre-register at www.clothethesale.co.uk/ and complete the registration form. The following information is required:
• Forename • Surname • Company name • Company address • Job title • Phone • Director Name • Director Title • Director Email Address • Provide a screen-name

The Participant will be deemed to be the company detailed on the registration form and the entries into this promotional sales incentive will be in the name of the Participant Company. |

7. |
Participants will be eligible for a prize in “the incentive” based upon achievement of the target set by ETC on HP Server Options (PL SI) and HP Volume Storage Product (PL 3C). Both targets must be achieved to qualify. |

8. |
Targets will be issues within 48 hours of singing up to the incentive. Targets will be issues based on historical spend or a minimum incentive target which ever is higher. Targets cannot be adjusted. |
|
9. |
Registrations received after the Final Entry Date of the 21st January 2011 shall not be entered into “the incentive”. |
|
10. |
All product orders must be transacted before the closing time and date of 17.30hrs on the 21st January 2011 to be eligible. For the avoidance of doubt purchases of the Products which have not been shipped and invoiced before the final closing date of the 21st January 2011 at 17.30 , will not qualify towards the sales targets. |

11. |
The promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to ship and invoice all orders as soon as possible but excludes all liability for Participant’s orders not being shipped and invoiced before the final closing date. |

12. |
Participants will only be eligible for prizes upon successful entry into “the incentive” within the require time deadline and achievement of the target set for them by the promoter within the required time deadline. |

13. |
The Prizes’ will be awarded to the winning Participants. The Participant Company will distribute the prize in their company at their discretion. The Participant shall be responsible for ensuring the winner within the Participant Company is aware of any tax liabilities. The Promoter will not be liable to pay any taxes on behalf of the winner. |

14. |
All Prizes including the sign up prize will be distributed after the promotional sales incentive date in due time. |
|
15. |
The Promoter does not provide any warranties, representations or guarantees in relation to the Prizes and the terms and conditions of any third party supplier may apply and must be accepted and complied with by the Prize Winners. |

16. |
The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, substitute Prizes for those of a similar nature and/or comparable value but shall not be entitled to a cash alternative to the Prizes and the Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. |

17. |
No purchase necessary. However you are required to contact ETC marketing on 0121 766 7337 for an entry form. Such entry is limited to one per Participant company (each entry to the Promotional sales incentive in accordance with clause 8 and this clause 9 will be an “Entry”). |

18. |
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete Entries and all such Entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only Entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be acceptable. |

19. |
The Promoter will not be liable if Prizes does not reach the Prize Winners for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. |
|
20. |
By entering the Promotional sales incentive, all Participants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change the dates of the Promotional sales incentive period. |

21. |
The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes available at their discretion. |
|
22. |
Other than for death or personal injury arising from negligence of the Promoter, so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotional sales incentive or any aspect of the Prizes. |

23. |
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction. |
